How we build your portfolio

One service, one starting point. Before we invest, we agree your goals, time horizon, liquidity needs and the level of risk you can accept, and set them out in your investment profile. The portfolio is then built in one of two ways.

Two blocks

Mixed

A mix of Platan strategies

We run a set of ready strategies, each with its own objective, instruments and risk level. Your portfolio combines them in the proportions that fit your profile, and we rebalance as markets move or your situation changes.

Customized

A strategy built for you

When your needs do not fit the ready strategies — a specific currency, regular income, assets you will not sell, restrictions on what you hold — we design a separate strategy for your portfolio alone, with its own instruments, limits and review schedule.

Which route fits is decided together with you after profiling. Reporting, fee principles and your access to the portfolio manager are the same either way.

Individual portfolios start from around USD 200,000 or the equivalent in AMD; smaller amounts are discussed case by case.

How it works

1

First meeting
We listen: goals, horizon, current assets, constraints.

2

Investment profile
A structured questionnaire on your experience, finances and risk tolerance.

3

Agreement
Strategy, limits, fees and reporting in a written agreement.

4

Portfolio construction
We allocate across Platan strategies or design a separate strategy, then build the portfolio in your account.

5

Reporting and review
Regular statements and review meetings; the strategy changes when your situation does.

What you get

  • A named portfolio manager
  • A written investment profile and strategy
  • Plain-language reports
  • All fees disclosed in advance

Risks you should know

The value of your portfolio will fluctuate and can fall below the amount invested. Bonds carry interest-rate and issuer risk; equities can fall sharply; foreign-currency assets carry exchange-rate risk. A managed portfolio does not remove these risks. Past performance does not guarantee future results.
