Hayk has more than 20 years of experience in banking and investments in Armenia. Prior to founding Platan Capital Management, he served as Chief Financial Officer and subsequently Chief Executive Officer of Inecobank CJSC, and led the National Mortgage Company and Capital Asset Management. From 2006 to 2012, he was a member of the Pension Reform Working Group and its Governing Board. He is a CFA® charterholder and holds a Doctor of Science in Economics. At Platan, he leads investment strategy and client relationships.

Taron has more than 14 years of professional experience in external and internal audit, accounting and tax advisory, over half of it in management positions.
